Managing the plants spare parts fast moving equipment, by doing weekly counts for the objects needed in order for the machines to run smoothly as well as counting consumables stock used by technicians in the day to day work
Managing and coordinating the plants monthly stock taking

Checking if a reservation has been received in full and then taking this to the finance office

Capturing goods received in the store on SAP, scanning and attaching invoices/delivery notes to the goods received numbers on SAP

Asking Production Manager’s signature and approval of amount and stock received verification
Stamping invoice showing that everything has been received in full and taking it to the finance office
