“MONITORING AND MODELLING OF RIVER WATER IN THE STUDY STRETCH OF RIVER KALI” The two dimensional models MIXPIPOX and MIXANDAT were used for describing water quality of River Kali, Dandeli. Due to discharge of industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater the impact of waste loads on Kali river increases. River water monitoring was done at various transects along the study stretch of river to determine the DO concentration. DO concentration is predicted using MIXPIPOX after calibration and validation of the model. CONFERENCE AND WORKSHOPS
