Execute all assigned administrative functions as per the standard
Schedules meetings and maintains the calendar of the Executive Chef
Provides executive and secretarial support including making travel arrangements for the Executive Chef and kitchen brigade when needed
Assists in drafting and preparing letters, memos and other documents
Interdepartmental coordination of information and any requirement or follow-ups
