• Responsible for performing incoming, in process and final inspection of RF products.

• After receiving parts from the assembly department, perform inspection of each piece according to the blueprint to ensure all documentation is in order.

• If product is non-conforming, write and fill out a non-conforming form, ad put product into MRB.

• Work closely with all departments, specifically the Engineering Department, to ensure Quality products get to the end user in a timely manner.

• Utilize various inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, microscopes, etc.

• Perform final packaging of products to ensure they are ready for shipment.

• Responsible for supporting seven manufacturing lines, including checking samples from the product run on each machine.

• Perform inspection of the product as called in work instructions that are tailored to that particular product.

• Use various inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, gage pins, Micro-Vu Vision System, rulers, snap gage, visual, light boxes, halo magnifier, and Tool Makers Microscope.

• Work closely with manufacturing personnel to ensure quality product makes it to the end user.

• Work closely with QA Manager for any non-conforming material, MRB, and start CAPA’S.

• Responsible for performing 1st piece, incoming, in-process, and final piece inspection of various medical products as well as a variety of raw materials.

• Perform inspection using inspection tools, including micrometers, calipers, verniers, pin gauges, and interferometers.

• Work closely with engineering and operations team to perform system level testing using interferometers modifying settings per blueprints and procedures.

• Able to read, interpret, and understand engineer drawings, blueprints and schematics.

• Responsible for keeping updated inspection documentation of products via ECO software.

• Manage the calibration and preventive maintenance systems.

• Assist in inventory and cycle counts of products in the stockroom as needed.

• Perform incoming inspection of all materials and kits needed to build metal space frames and composite Radomes using calipers, micrometers, verniers, and pin gauges.
