Roles and Responsibilities:

On field survey of all needed information to execute FTTH networks project, such as existing infrastructures, households accounting and building/housing’s characteristics;

Careful preparation and planning guarantying all information required is obtained in first attempt Geographic information’s record of buildings/housings in a pre-charged cartography.

Identify and/or set processes, entities and critical activities concerning FTTH network roll-out.

OSP project: define geographic cells, trace feeder and distribution routes, estimate optical budget, connection tables, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Site supervision and follow up of all duties as per the instruction of OSP Manager.

Responsible for the Quality control and Acceptance procedures for the GPON/ FTTH Outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP). Responsible for network implementation Quality to ensure all acceptance tasks are executed in line with project plans and client requirements.

Ensuring that all Site activities are carried out with proper Safety procedures and guidelines.

Ensure proper execution of site works in terms of quality, reliability and in compliance with approved specification as per design.

Ensure that all civil activities like New MH/HH construction as well as New 110mm Main duct and 50mm LI pipe installation as per MOC standards is done.

Supervision of Fiber rollout as per route design.

Co-ordinate the survey and design team for the implementation.

Supervision during installation of Closure and Splitters as per ODF design.

Ensuring that all installations are meeting the requirements as per SOP.

Checking the as built-drawing and marking the deviation found if any, for rectification.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Network Planning and Implementation and ISP of OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) for the broadband connectivity. Mapping of all Access/Building nodes and making an Access Ring with the Fiber Termination plan.

Installation and maintenance of 2.2 mtr, 1.8mtr ETSI rack in GSM and CDMA BTS site.

Site survey and planning of LOS Equipment’s in Bangalore cluster for Reliance Communication.

Planning for new connectivity of BTS sites on fiber and upgrading of existing BTS sites.

Conduct the Acceptance test of the BA ring fibers before handing it over to OSP-O&M team.
