• Petra Diamonds Control system upgrade (Siemens S7 1500 CPUs and Simaitc WinCC). Managed the design, procurement, installation, and commissioned 21 RIO stations and 5PLC panels together with new PLC programs and SCADA application using TIA portal v14.

• Zimplats Control System Upgrade (Wonderware System platform, Schneider Quantum CPUs). Managed the seamless upgrade from 2014 to 2017 version.

• KitKat Cash and Carry 530kWp Rooftop PV Plant using SolarEdge inverters and optimizers. Managed the design, installation and commissioning of the PV system within a month.

• CTP Group energy management system using Schneider- Electric facility expert platform and PM5560 power meters. The client got return on their investment within three months of project execution.

• Lonza DCS upgrade ( Rockwell PlantPAX system). Managed the replacement of obsolete Emerson DCS system with Rockwell PlantPAX composed of 3 redundant ControlLogix PLCs and 18 RIO stations.
