Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Human Resources Manager in all Key HR functions, to include recruitment & employment administration, performance management systems, reward and recognition, staff training administration, employee relations and general administration of the department

• Develop and implement preferred recruitment practices including the management of, job requisitions, job descriptions, advertising, preparation of offers to line managers and senior management where required

• Assist the HR Management in the roll out of performance management system including the probationary and annual performance assessment as per Company requirement

• Assist in staff welfare programs, HR relations development and other support programs to enhance employee engagement

• Maintain and update all human resources files including personal bank details, CV’s, work visas, passport control, medical insurance benefits, accommodation, security keys, pre and post employment correspondence, etc. as per the Company guidelines and applicable laws of the UAE.

• Coordinate the administration of the employees’ medical insurance plan and workmen’s compensation benefits

• Support on all matters relating to workplace health and safety

• Attend and deliver presentations to the management as required.

• Manage the payroll function and remittance of monthly salaries to all employees.

• Support HR on submission of periodic reports

• To be able to handle leave application software effectively

• Responsible for maintaining closing files of resigned and terminated employees and forward to Info fort for permanent storage

• Maintain effective communication skills & employee relations to ensure accurate & effective relays of information to the appropriate individuals.
