Client: Archen Engineering
ELSEIF camps located at Najran and Sharurah with the strength of 8,000+ employees in 02 different locations. Supervision of camp operation & maintenance, Expansion of camps, Mobilization/ demobilization of camp facility for Engineers / Labors. Modification works such as civil works, office partitioning, electrical, and plumbing, HVAC, Networking, telephone cabling, security system, fire alarm system and sprinkler system.
Responsibilities of Camp and Facility Unit Head:
Reporting directly to General Services Director.
Responding appropriately to staff emergencies on urgent issues as they arise.
Leading a team of Camp Supervisors, Foreman, Technicians, Helpers 15 Nos. to cover various complains on day to day activity for each camp.
Co-coordinating with Project Manager for any modifications to camp facility.
Design the camp facility as per project requirement considering with all safety measures to accommodate all staff.
Prior to modification prepare the final layout design and get approval from Project Director/ Client.
Prior to start construction/ renovation works communicate with project director regarding the work schedule. Execute the construction work with safety standards and in a professional manner that it should not effect on daily operations.
Inviting to local reputed contractors for bidding the project.
Organize the technical /commercial meeting with approved contractors to discuss scope of work, project completion milestone dates & negotiate for pricing terms of payment prior to award the project.
Visit to site for inspection during construction stage and check contractor materials are approved materials as per specification.
Attend project progress /management meetings.
Prepare checklist for ongoing projects prior to handover of project and signing Project Completion Certificate.
Schedule monthly periodical maintenance for HVAC system, Quarterly maintenance for firefighting& smoke detector system.
Check man-days prior to approve for catering services and verify camp expense records for diesel, water, sewage trips, salaries for maintenance staff to compile in monthly reports.
