Basically, this project intended to create labels for the required SKU based on its UPC/ISBN, department details to handle 8 different ticket types and need to send to different types of printers (using Zebra and Cognitive printers). PMS (Pharmacy Management System) is being developed to provide a more comprehensive and holistic assessment of long-term care needs for elderly and disabled citizens. The application works in Off-line as well as online mode. In offline mode, it is a stand-alone java application that enables User to gather and information about clients in the databases on their laptops. In online mode, the User can export all the data he gathered offline to central database using and User can view/edit client details in the central database using the same front-end. This is achieved by calling the servlets. The User Interface is developed using JFC/Swing Components.

Involved in designing and developing the User interface.

Involved in developing middle-tier components.

Designed and developed various custom JFC/Swing components.

Developed Help System.

Developed a Print Interface.

Used to document the Object design models and their interactions

MMMS(Manufacturing - Material Management System) Designed and developed a materials management system application in the client-server environment by utilizing on AS/400. This package kept track of all material indents, checked the requirement with the available stock in stores and released the purchase orders on approved vendors for the non-available items in the stock. The package also generated wide range of reports such as stock statements, material delivered to various projects (project-wise), and order placed on a particular vendor in a given period of time, etc.

Responsibilities:

Worked on the part of analysis, design development, testing

Designing database in DB2/400.

Designing screens in SDA and DDS.

Programming in CL/400, RPG/400.
