• Aware of OSHA guidelines.

• Forklift experience

• CMMS knowledge as well as Microsoft Office experience. Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair assigned roof areas, installs, test and verifies network ca- bling, 1st responder to hot/cold HVAC calls.

• Utilize blueprints, drawings, diagrams and other technical data to troubleshoot production, building and facility breakdowns as well as determine spare parts re- quired for such repairs.

• Fabricate and assembles parts as required for repairs utilizing hand and power tools.

• Fabricate and installs piping systems for air, water and drain systems.

• Moves and replaces machinery and apparatus using fork lifts and other equip- ment handling gear.

• Maintain lighting internally and externally.

• Tests fire systems and other life safety systems. Knowledge

• Post-secondary education in a technical and maintenance related field,

• Equivalent work experience as well as management training

• Knowledge of planning and execution of maintenance operations

• Leading a team of maintenance personnel

• Advanced computer skills

• Knowledge of facilities / building maintenance skills / trades, such as Electrical, HVAC, Conveyor, Plumbing, building maintenance / CMMS systems
