Deira Water Front - Taj Hotel:

Project Brief - The Project located surrounds the Dubai Water Canal extension, Five Star Hotel Building 1B+G+6 floors close to Al Ras Metro Station. Structural Model & details done on Revit, coordinated in Revizto & Clash detection & review on Navisworks

Meydan One - Mall:

Project Brief - The Project located surrounds the Dubai Water Canal extension to the north & opens to the outdoor sporting & entertainment facilities to the south, the Crystal lagoon meanders through the project site connecting the District 1 on an axis with the Grand Civic Plaza, Dancing Water Fountain & the Dubai One Tower. The Mall features over 360,000sq.m. which includes luxury and premium brand retails, F&B, sports & adventure and entertainment zones. The Canyon that connects the Mall with the Civic plaza.

ENTISAR – Car park Building - Dubai:

Project Brief - The Project is located in Sheikh Zayed Road. This building consists of 6 basements+ground+12 floors parking & sports & gym area & a deck pool, this building is also connected to the Entisar residential tower.

SAFA – B (Part of Dubai canal Front):

Project Brief - The Safa mixed use development consists of two sites Safa A located on the north bank of the canal & safa B located on the southern bank. Safa B is connected to the neighbouring developments. Safa B consists of retail ground level and multiple levels of residential above.

Safa B building 10A & 10B consists of 2 Towers with 2 Basements+1 Podium + 12 floors + Roof.

Deira Island Towers (DIT):

Project Brief - The Project is located in North East end of the city of Dubai, near the existing Deira & Future

Deira Water front, in close proximity to the main Entry point of the Dubai Creek. The overall project consists of a series of 4 interconnected Islands. This project creates a perfect self-sustained community clusters with variety of residential products supported by ground level retail and podium level parking. Each Island consists of 3 Podium + 2 Towers of 17 floors & 2 tower 25 floors.

Crystal Lagoon Tower (CLT):

Project Brief - The Project is located near to the upcoming Canal Water front in Dubai, near the existing Safa park. This project has 3 basements + Ground with 2 Towers having 4 floors parking + 31 Floors. Canal Water front, in close proximity to the main Entry point of the Dubai Creek. The overall project consists of a series of 4 interconnected Islands. Project Brief - The Project is located close to the Dubai Metro Tunnel & the Shindagha Tunnel, Plot 11 consist of 2 building, Building B (B+G+3) Hotel & Building C (B+G+6) Commercial Building.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District One:

Project Brief - This project which consists of 4,5,6,7 & 8 bedrooms Villas.

Lift Shaft for LNG/ LPG Tanks:

Detail Engineering, Procurement & Construction activities related to Civil and Mechanical works for LNG/LPG Tanks in Plant 27 as follows:

LNG/ LPG Tanks Roof Repair: Repairs of reinforced concrete roof of 7Nos tanks of various dimensions. (58m dia x 49m high – 3 Nos and 48m dia x 42m high – 4 Nos)

Replacement of 7 Nos. Personnel Lifts: Replacement of exsiting 7 Nos personnel lifts connected to the above tanks.

Replacement of 88 Nos Riser Hanger Supports.

Hyundai-Brownfield Das Island Pipe Rack:

Piping and Structural elements for the 12Nr tie-ins between the existing (brown field) and new (green field) facilities.

Replacement GRE Potable Water Pipe – Zirku Island - ZADCO:

Replacement of approximately 4.5Km of GRE piping with GRP piping to include: - engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning. There is 11 weeks of Engineering 13 weeks’ procurement and 9 weeks of construction.

LNG Jetty Replacement of Utility, Nitrogen & Instrument Air – ADGAS:

Construction & Commissioning works for LPG Line supports repair & replacement of Utility lines at LNG Jetty which include the following major activities.

Piping Engineering: Preparation of piping layouts to optimize space, piping isometric drawings showing supports to be repaired and for new Utility Lines, demolition drawings for redundant lines.

Drawings to replace Nitrogen Lines

Drawings to replace existing Utility Air Lines from Jetty Root to Jetty Head.

Drawings to replace existing Instrument Airlines from Jetty Root to Jetty Head.

Additional Crude Oil Loading Facility – ADMA:

Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, and Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of Additional Crude Oil Loading Facilities at Das Island. This comprises briefly of the following activities:

Detailed Engineering (including preparation of design, calculation and detailed construction drawings), procurement supply, expediting, inspection and storage of materials, fabrication, construction, installation, removal/re-installation etc. project completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Replacement of Buried Pipe Work in Storex Area – Das Island:

EPC, Detailed Design-Mainly piping & civils.

DIFC Lighthouse Tower: Involved in preliminary design and detail design drawings of the Podium Portion and 5 level basements, combined raft foundation for tower and podium. Responsible for preparing general arrangement drawings and details drawings

2CDE Dubai Marina: Involved in design drawings of the Tower. Responsible for preparing details drawings, coordinating with the Engineers on RFI (request for information).

DIFC Retail Spine: Participated in preliminary design.

Dubai Metro Project: Involved in preparing design and detail design drawings for the Depot at Jebel Ali, Deira and Qusais. Responsibility also includes coordinating with the mechanical & infrastructure department.

Flower Centre – Dubai Airport: Involved in the preparation of Structural Steel design & Detail drawings. Responsibility also includes coordination with engineers on RFI.

Jumeriah Beach Residence: Involved in preliminary design and detail design drawings of the Tower Portion. Responsible for preparing general arrangement drawings and details drawings, coordinating with engineers on RFI.

Plaxit Dry Mix Plant – Mussafah – Abu Dhabi: Involved in the preparation of Structural Steel and RCC preliminary design & detail design drawings.

Racing and Equestrian Club – Doha: Involved in the preparation of structural preliminary and detail design drawings

Cathrone Channel - Nigeria: This Project was a offshore multi level Platform, which was fabricated in USA and barged to Nigeria and assembled. I was involved in the preparation of Structural Steel design & detail drawings. Responsibilities also include the preparation of connection details and detail drawings for pipe racks & pipe bridges.

Al Raha Beach (landscaping & cafeteria) – Abu Dhabi: Involved in the preparation of design and detail drawings.
