Executive Summary

Vendor Development.

Negotiation with Party and Placement of Purchase Order Follow-up with supplier for Delivery/ Rejection / Shortage.

Visit to vendors factories to understand the working structure of the companies

Assist audit team for supplier audits

Prepare documents for internal as well as customer audits of our organisation.

Complete purchase process starting from receiving of indenting till deliveries in plant.

Knowledge on ERP Programming System.

Daily reporting of Purchase Activities to Vice President (Operations)

Packaging development as per marketing requirement.

Coordinate with vendors for whole process of development.

To co-ordinate with Technical dept. for requirement of Packing Materials and there approvals.

Arranging all POS material. And all promotion materials.

To co-ordinate with Account department for bill passing & accounting process.

This position is key to assisting in the accomplishment of cost reductions and a key to controlling the higher costs, material purchases, and Services.

Packing Materials planning considering the lead time & consumption pattern, Forecasting.

Planning for procurement of packing material

To maintain the Minimum / Maximum stock of Packing Materials.

To keep the pricing track of high value materials to plan purchases in such a way to have the pricing benefits.
