Vice-President Shared Services IT, Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Operations (2015-2019)

• Led the cultural transformation and innovation for IT and business lines: o Contributed to the cultural change of the organization by democratising innovation, promoting learning organisation values and implementing a framework for experimentation. Many innovative products in contrast with existing business models were built and deployed. o Enriched the talent pool and competencies of emerging professions and ensured the transfer of scientific knowledge. Established formal research and collaboration networks with prestigious teaching institutions like IVADO, Concordia and McGill universities.

• Met business objectives and the industrialization of emerging technologies with a portfolio of $40M/Y: o Industrialized AI-Machine learning applications for BNC credit card products, generated growth in revenue and improved credit risk management.

o Increased client retention and acquisition by the delivery of the Customer Analytics Platform (360 view-Big Data) generating a $14M yearly growth in revenue. o Accelerated the digital transformation with the release of a self-service catalogue of business services (API) like e-signature, e-document, e-vault, notification services, collaboration and document exchange platforms for clients and personalised offers. Those capabilities were deployed in the new digital services for account opening and product origination.

• Managed IT Operations and Cost Optimization – Budget $20-30M/Y: o Improved user experience by reducing incidents by 25% year over year, reaching service level expectation 99%+ and complying with IT security standards defined by the CISO. o Optimized IT operations costs by limiting annual cost growth to less than 2% despite the significative addition of new functionalities.

Senior Director IT, Investment, Trust and Architecture Wealth (2014-2015)

• Provided IT Asset Management for Trust, Funds, GICs, Fund Accounting and SalesForce CRM CoE with an annual budget of $15M.

• Managed a team of solution architects for the Wealth sector as well as a team of 58 experts in software development, BA, architects and application analysts.

• Led a transformation and a project team for the investment manufacturing portfolio and the delivery of private investment products and services.

Senior Director, Development and Master Data Management -CDI (Client Data Integration) (2012-2014)

• Delivered a $30M/year project portfolio with a team of 40 IT professionals (direct and indirect report) in a matrix structure.

• Developed a management framework for Master Data Management (MDM), which incorporated the complete book of customer registries and a management framework, development and consumption of new technology assets pan bank (customer data, BI-ETL, vault electronics, and SOA). The CDI was the Bank’s first ever single source of the truth for client information.

• Developed a management framework for new shared services and implementation of new roles and responsibilities.

Business Portfolio Manager, Wealth Management and Brokerage Operations (2010-2012)

• Deployed and managed the strategic portfolio governance for a $50M portfolio. Coordinated audits and IT compliance deliverables (Risk, SOX, IIROC, MFDA, recovery and others).

• Led the IT Steering Committee Wealth to support the SVP Wealth and the global National Bank Business Portfolio Managers Committee.

• Delivered merger and acquisition (M&A) programs including business processes and systems (Option retraite, Altamira, Valorem).
