Develop and publish corporate top management level daily metrics for all sites, for various areas affecting business such as backorder, backorder trending, and weeks of supply.

Chairperson of the Materials Review Board (MRB) which analyzes short dated and expired materials to determine their disposition.

Created the current TEVA Finished goods Donations program, establishing partnerships and served as TEVA Charitable Finished Goods Donations Administrator, which was a parallel job of identifying donatable short dated finished goods for charitable organizations. This effort contributed to hundreds of millions in dollars in tax credits, eliminating the need to rent warehouse space, significantly reducing product disposal costs, and providing medicine to those who cannot afford it.

Reduced hundreds of millions of dollars of expired/obsolete inventory, increasing needed warehouse space. working with 14 NGOs. This increased product donations from $19M to $200M in one year, reducing waste and destruction costs, increasing warehouse space, helping underprivileged people and providing major tax credits for TEVA.
