Work Description:

1.Receiving, checking and binning inventories/stock.

2.Maintaining adequate stock quantity and making them available on demand/request.

3.Liaising with purchase department regularly to maintain stock of Fast-moving-items.

4.Regularly conducting yearly and quarterly inventory reports to ensure there is no discrepancy between physical and system stock.

5.Warehouse management and ensuring safety measures are strictly followed to avoid the risk of accidents.

6.Document and data entry through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ORACLE system, to ensure all transactions are entered in real time.

7.Gathering and harvesting data of previous business day transaction to generate Daily-transactions Reports of all receipt, issued and current stock quantities.

8.Ensuring the quality and quantities of items received aligns with what is stated in the invoice, Delivery Note and purchase Order.
