Handling the EPC Project and Execution of Project.

To lead for all Installation Operations, Working with contractors and subcontractors and ensuring the project runs as per schedule.

Coordinating with the management and contractors for the progress of the project and timely completion of the project construction.

Maintaining strict quality procedures and conducting regular inspection & testing of works and materials.

Inspecting the material received at site for completeness and damages and ensuring proper storage at site.

Installation of HV Panel, Transformer, LV Panel and Sub panels.

Installation of Cable trays and cableing work as per schedule

Installation of earthing installation as per Design.

Supervision of OHL line work.

Co-ordinate with Pre commissioning and commissioning Activity team.

To maintain the all the project records Drawings, check sheet, commissioning and Pre commissioning reports.

Co-ordination with design team.

Co –ordination with energy audit for Data collection and Analysis and preparation of Draft report.
