Responsibilities
Working as a Assistant manager in Rourkela Chhend Branch from 31st august 2019,
Responsible for retail branch banking functions involving, teller operations, deliverable management,, customer requests, safe deposit lockers, Extracting of all EOD BOD reports, checking of AOF of new relationships etc.
Responsible for Branch operations, service quality, audit & compliance and service team management.
To ensure smooth and error free operations and maintain highest standard of delivery.
To act as one point contact for all high value and corporate clientele service issue
Responsible for maintaining TAT for every service function and also ensure minimal service complaints.
Ensuring completion of documentation and KYC check, ensuring 100% rejection proof sourcing, so that none of the forms get rejected after AOF in warding.
To ensure right customers are being sourced and right product offered or not by sales and branch team, primary check of fraudulent cases will also be done here considering various risk factors.
Approaching customers for further banking assistance. Developing multi-dimensional relationship in respect to family banking, saving accounts, salary accounts, FD, trade support, asset needs, and group companies sourcing to ensure customer stickiness.
Contributing to the branch CASA figure by generating leads and deepening through tale calling to customers and developing good relationship with them.
Generating revenue for bank by selling various products like, Life insurance (LI), Mutual Fund, Gold Coins etc.
