Developing and establishing operating policies and procedures, in accordance with organizational regulations, to improve productivity and efficiency while reducing costs.
Developing and leading S&OP planning meeting management for Executive review.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Temple University, as well as certification as a Lean Practitioner and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
