Provide strategic leadership to one of the leading Business School in Gujarat. Under my leadership, the Business School has developed an academic reputation of being an inspiring space for the students and the staff. Apart from academics, I have also worked closely with the business sector and other key stakeholders to develop long lasting relationships to boost the number of students and income growth. Besides leading the Business School, I also played a key role in the Senior Leadership Group at the University level.

In order to ensure that focus is shifted from teaching to learning, I have ensured that around 45 %of teaching load is allocated to soft skill courses and turn around activities. Teaching Responsibilities

• Taught courses on Consumer Behavior, Sales and Distriburion Management to final year PGDM students for the academic year 2018-19 & 2019-20.with teaching load of more than 160 hours per semester

• Designed and conducted program on Rural Immersion for final year PGDM students in January, 2019.to give them a exposure on rural realities

• Conducted Selling Skills Workshop for first year PGDM students for the academic year 2018- 19 & 2019-20.
