Strategically, plan, analyze & conceptualize the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the unit with cost efficiency, time management & manpower planning for the execution.

Manage crash fire tender & domestic fire tender.

Develop validation protocols, validation of products & production scale technologies. Oversee production related tasks including planning, control, maintenance & trouble shooting. Set up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters.

Provide shop-floor operational support for product transfer, ranging from development to manufacturing products & process optimization and key studies.

Develop detailed checklist leading to Technology Transfer document for each product transferred to the manufacturing plants while ensuring all pre execution activities are carried out for Site variations & in-house developed products in line with the respective SOPs.

Handle wide ranges of mechanical stationeries equipments. Ensure appropriate work Load Planning in Shop-floor.

Provide engineering design along with existing team members to advance product definition. Solve complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and tradeoffs. Provide hands-on skills to help produce necessary prototypes.

Establish quality standards for setting up & meeting the production targets within time & cost parameters. Skillfully perform all functional tasks, including planning, control & trouble shooting, solving all breakdowns. Follow up with the supplier as for Corrective & Preventive action.

Ensure quality assurance & maintaining quality reports; take corrective actions for quality problems.

Assist in component sourcing and vendor management. Prepare & present technical status reviews. Identify and develop vendors to develop the business while enquiring about the quality.

Liaise with the suppliers and contractors and made purchase enquiries for new components and compared the costs while negotiating with suppliers.

Strategically plan the sourcing of raw materials & its estimation. Assess and intimate the requirement of stores for each work well in advance for procurement action by higher authorities. Keep stock of materials to the minimum of requirement and within prescribed limits.

Make recommendations for upgrading the quality while preparing the control plans, FMEA through Statistical Process Control (SPC), Control Plans & Work Instructions.

Monitor and control WIP and ensure fool proof system to avoid mistakes. Undertake rejection analysis through 7QC Tools.

Monitor regular production, trouble shooting & inventory control management while planning and conceptualizing the strategies for the accomplishment of production target with in a specified time and quality parameters. Prepare design manual for equipments.
