Verification and validation of bank charges transaction for monthly, Quarterly & semi-annually (for unit owners income)

Ensure all cash float replenish in daily basis

Checking all paid outs in daily basis

Ensure has complete attachment for every guest folios

Responsible for safekeeping all cash and important documents

UNIT OWNERS/INVESTORS RELATIONS OFFICER

Responsible to handle unit owners account (local and foreign account)

Reconcile unpaid accounts of unit owner to the developer

Monitoring home owner association dues, electricity, water, real property tax and other charges for refurbishment if any, etc.

Ensure monthly income is deposited to their respective bank accounts local and international.

Email monthly statement of income & circulars & memos released by hotel GM.

Handles unit owners concerns and ensure all complaints were recorded and response promptly and accordingly.
