KEY CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS

● Led an 18-month project for configuration, integration, launch and training of final users of HRIS "Workday".

Al Forsan Holding is a developer of a new neighbourhood in Abu Dhabi complete with upscale retail outlets, dining venues and pavement cafés, International sports facilities, residential units, and hospitality.

• The Head of HR is responsible for providing HR guidance & support to operations team in resort and residential communities, and corporate office.

• Major areas of responsibilities include working with HOD to provide daily human capital management support to all businesses within Al Forsan complex. This includes training new team members, ensure best in class talent recruitment, supporting operating and capital projects and other related property management duties.

• Ensure all staff members understand community/resort goals, standards and policies and comply with company policies and procedures

● Accomplished a limited period project for developing an agile HC Operation skill sets to enhance a mobility culture in a rapidly changing environment and improving Human Capital experience among 1700 staff in offices across the UAE.

● Directed the development and implementation of organisational development programs as a Consultant by developing strategic HR processes for the company’s vision, mission, values and strategic intent.
