Nursing employee injuries by 39% from 62 injuries to 38 within one year through creation of mandatory 6-hour safety skills laboratory training to align with AB 1136 on safe patient mobility and handling
Built the policies and procedures coordinator position and led the roll out of PolicyStat software as a pilot program for Sutter System that optimized 3,300 policies and procedures to 1, 500
