Patient Accounts Representative/Building Coordinator

As a Patient Accounts Representative I am responsible for Home Health, Assisted Living & Clinic billing. I oversee the Assisted Living building and deal with any day to day issues that may arise. Giving tours to potential tenants and meeting with family to discuss financial issues. I also do all the scheduling and payroll for the Assisted Living employees.

Duties include clearing daily/monthly invoices sending them off for payment, phone calls to vendors to fix issues/problems that may arise, set up accounts with local vendors for services to our store, and keep good working relationships. With a yearly inventory of our store I clear the books along with an auditor to be sure our books are correct. I conduct audits of price changes that are completed by our Dept. Managers to be sure the correct counts and markdowns and markups are correct. Confidentiality is key when working in this position.

Cash Office – 10 years

Duties included maintaining cash deposits, account receivables, setting up account receivables, billing, collections, etc. Held cashiers responsible for any discrepancies in the books and follow up with management with any issues that were identified.

Support Manager/CSM – 3 years

Managed 8 employees in apparel and fitting room area to make sure all jobs were completed.
