Responsibilities included ensuring incoming work requests and routine maintenance approved Notifications/Work Orders (PM’s) are coordinated, walkdown, planned and assigned to proper trade groups as per Company Work Management Process.

Develop quality work plans, using SAP, to efficiently perform routine maintenance work. Planning will include detailed scope development, identification and ordering of materials, determining detailed job steps, manpower and skill requirements, work execution scheduling sequence, and specifying precision maintenance details.

Ensures materials are ordered (if not stocked), scheduled for delivery and work orders are closed and entered into the maintenance system upon completion in a timely manner.
