JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. I can work independently from excavation to hand over. 2. Making bar bending schedule.

3. Coordinate with sub-contractors & consultants for all related site work. 4. Planning and scheduling the work to fulfil the requirements of the project. 5. Responsible for all civil activities concerning to the project as structural, architectural as per IFC drawings, design, specifications, company rules, procedures & all international applicable codes and standards as ASTM, ACI, UBC 97, etc.

6. Checking the quality of materials & workmanships according to company standard and all other applicable codes.

7. Making RFI’s (Request for Inspection) internally with other disciplines for all the works and coordinating with QC department for progress of good quality of work. 8. Preparing the shop drawing for easy of work & Submitting to consultant. 9. Analysing BOQ items, submittals and approval of shop drawings. 10. Making P. R’s (purchase request) and following up P. O’s (purchase orders) for different types of works. 11. To calculate the BOQ for different types of works like concrete, bar bending schedule, CMU blocks, door schedule, Furniture & Signage schedules & all type of finishing schedules for different type of works. 12. Checking and inspecting all Civil works such as Concrete, Earth work, Masonry, Gypsum Board walls, finishes (Ceramic tiles, Vinyl tiles, Paint on Plaster Doors & windows etc.,) according to the approved drawings.

13. To check the protective coatings for different types of work such as lift stations, floor and walls. 14. Preparing the platform to sub-contractors on site and dealing with suppliers and inspecting the different materials aswell as coordinating with different disciplines and sub-contractors to assure good Execution of work.

15. To check all structural and architectural work from footings, columns, beams, slabs, masonry works, Plastering and finishing works.
