Key Responsibilities:

To verify and ensure the works carried out at site are as per the approved shop drawings and specifications.

Record and check the daily site activities, identify the issues and assign, distribute the daily works to the site team.

Coordinate with subcontractor’s and design team to advice on the various issues raise during execution of the works.

Identify defective works and suspect materials, escalate as required through proper reports.

Raise inspections for client and consultant approvals.

Review / verify the shop drawings with reference to tender drawings and approved BOQ.

Prepare the As Built drawings and operations and maintenance manuals after completion of works.

Maintain records of completed works for interim and final invoice and payment and as per the site conditions.

Make notes and document contractors’ activities that may lead to variations and claims.

Ensure that Health and Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies. Including reporting and documenting accidents or incidents.

Ensure authority requirements and regulations are followed throughout the project activities.

Provide regular work status updates, including identified risks or concerns, to the project manager and project team.

Attend project progress meetings with the client, consultant and the contractors to ensure works are carried out in line with the project planning schedule.

Ensure that the correct construction drawings are being used by the Contractor on site.

Make electrical BOQ as per shop drawings.

Preparation of material forecast, includes material selection, quality etc.

Co-ordinate all site activities with other trade contractor’s and consultant

Supervise activities of the site technicians, foreman’s, and site supervisors to ensure the work progress.

Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and Safety with all PPE.

Study Contract Document thoroughly and know the Scope of works, Exclusions, BOQ and other essential Contract details

Prepare the Materials Procurement Tracking schedule(MPTS) and update regularly

Prepare drawing & material schedule & track/monitor the progress regularly

Prepare Electrical program with the planning Engineer in line with civil & other MEP services

To raise MAR’s for Approval as per the shop drawings and specifications.

Authorize to manage & control all activities pertinent to the procurement of material / Manpower planning.

Monitor & control the material ordered & ensure adequate resources are available for the execution of work in accordance to plan schedule

Selection of equipment’s such as Panels and cables with the circuit breakers in line with design, shop drawings & specification

Follow up with purchase dept. for finalization of materials / suppliers / subcontractors

Raise PR’s, ensure the PO’s are released as per schedule. Follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery of material

Ensuring that the equipment’s / material received is in accordance with the quality as prescribed/approved.

Supervise to ensure all the Light fixtures & switch control installation and cable erection are as per the approved shop drawings.

Supervise CCTV system installations such as cameras and their connectors as per the standards.

Coordinating & controlling the activities of work crews & sub-contractors / providing technical inputs / strict to the quality assurance.

Conduct internal site meetings with the Site Engineers / Supervisors / Foreman’s / Sub-contractors.

Attend Co-ordination meetings to meet targets and goals & liaise with planning scheduler for look ahead target programs

Manage testing & commissioning of Electrical equipment’s/services

Stock taking / Inventory control / delivery of equipment, certifying payment certificates & invoices of subcontractors and suppliers

Maintain vigilance on site in order to avoid misuse & damage of site materials by workers / safe & tidy site to comply all QA / QC procedures.

Follow up with the authorities like CEIG approvals & inspections
