M/s Ginni International Ltd, Neemrana (Rajasthan) as Assistant Manager-Admn in the capacity of Secretary to the President since July, 2006. The Company established in 1995, an ISO 9008 certified employing about 1300 persons, as a most modern mill producing cotton yarn and woven fabrics of international quality having installed capacity of 40000 spindles and 116 looms accompanied by sophisticated lab equipment for process control. Machinery and equipment imported from world’s renowned manufacturers of Textile machinery having turnover of about Rs.500 Crores, out of which Rs.100 Crores in foreign currency. The company has set up a Denim Fabric plant to process 20 million meter Denim Fabrics annually.

Nature of job held

As a Secretary to the President, I am looking after all work related to President independently and other works as instructed by the President. Other work viz.

Travel arrangements, hotel booking, Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.

Maintain the filing system.

Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies, Records, Files etc.

Respond to customer mails as instructed by CEO/President

Provide word-processing and secretarial support.

Type confidential documents, mails and appropriate application as required and dispatch them to respective employees/customers.

M/s Orient Syntex (Prop. APM Industries Ltd), Bhiwadi as Steno Secretary to Vice President (Commercial) from July 2003 to July, 2006. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of Synthetic, Polyester, Viscose and Acrylic Blended Yarn in Indian and International market having a turnover of about 160 crores and capacity of about 50000 spindles.

Attached to the Vice President (Comml.), assisting him in his day to day official activities, letter drafting and taking dictation etc.

M/s Modern Suitings, Alwar (A Modern Group of Industries) as Executive Secretary to the Executive Director from September, 1989 to June, 2003 (12 Years). The company has a turnover of 150 crores (Group Turnover 1000 Crores) engaged in the manufacture and marketing of Suitings and Dress material in domestic & international markets.

As an Executive Secretary, I could gain a lot of opportunity to improve myself under the guidance of my superiors. Attached to the Executive Director, assisting him in his day-to-day activities viz. coordination with various departments for vital information etc., organizing meeting with various departmental heads, arrangement of tickets, VIP visits, hotel booking etc., heading General Department comprising of 9 employees (Stenos, Typists, and Telephone Operators etc.).

M/s Modi Champion Ltd, Alwar as a Stenographer from January, 1988 to September, 1989. The company has a turnover of 65 crores having collaboration with World’s leader Champion Spark Plus Co., USA. The company was engaged in manufacturing & marketing of high quality bi-metal spark plugs applicable for two wheelers, four wheelers and generator sets.
