I am currently working as Document Controller and resumed the duties of implementing comprehensive document management procedures on project site. Moreover, I worked intensively for 5+ years as Document Controller, Admin Assistant and Office Clerk/Assistant respectively which I handled all the preparation and submittals of technical documents, received and distribute incoming documents, transmit outgoing documents and maintain and archive all the project documentation. Broad knowledge on all contract documents such as drawings, specifications and BOQ.

Responsibilities

Implement comprehensive document management procedures on project site as per company’s IMS standards.

Control, administer and check the accuracy of incoming and outgoing documents

(submittals, transmittals, specifications, drawings, correspondences etc).

To coordinate the receipt, distribution and tracking of documents in order to facilitate document control functions in compliance with project procedures.

Prepare necessary data reports for various project parties in timely and accurate manner.

Maintain a complete and comprehensive controller copy of project documents including drawings and details and all necessary project documentations.

Assign suitable work or line of responsibilities to document controllers and provide guidance when necessary.

Perform Secretarial duties in Engineering Department. Prepares outgoing correspondence, assist and provide all necessary documents needed by Engineering Personnel.
