Dear Colleague:

My name is Clif Hodges and I am submitting this letter/bio in search of part or full-time employment. I have been working as a part-time associate in several different practices for the past couple years. Ideally, I would like to consolidate to one office for three or four days per week, as I would prefer to establish something more stable which I have not had since I sold my practice. Having suffered several extended absences in my solo practice due to a herniated lumbar disc, it created an excess risk which lead me to sell the practice 2.5 years ago. My practice was a family dentistry practice, but I felt we took great pride in trying to educate our patients and deliver quality care with attention to detail, as well as offering comprehensive treatment options. I believe I have an even-tempered professional demeanor and try to work with integrity. I think I would likely fit better into a practice that has robust systems and experienced staff, but I can manage in other environments as well. I do not place implants yet, do sleep appliances, third molar extractions, or IV sedation yet, but can perform most other aspects of general dentistry including crown and bridge, some molar endo, basic periodontal surgery, and minor bone grafting.
