Professional Experience

- Production supervisor responsibilities for 2 years in DSC in both beet campaigns and raw sugar refining campaigns

- One of a group that was responsible for installation, commissioning, T.O.T and running of the new sugar refinery USCE (2007 -2008).

- Worked in balancing the USCE sugar refinery raw water- condensate- steam streams to reach optimal power consumption rates (2009)

- Developed many modifications that added value to overcome any bottleneck for production volume with keeping quality aspects within EEC#2 range (2009- 2012)

- Led task force teams for energy optimization to reduce fuel consumption to below 45 kg/ MT fine sugar in USC Jeddah

- Led task force teams for recovery and molasses loss optimization to reduce Molasses purity to below 60% and sucrose to molasses to below 1% in USC Jeddah

- Participated in developing Major production expansion from 3,500 MT per day of fine sugar to 4,700 MT per day (Ongoing, currently 4,000 MT per day)

- Participated in development of new products Icing (powdered) sugar using sugar mills

- Working on training and education of Operation staff on regular basis Achievements

- One of a group that was responsible for establishing and implementing the HACCP system in USCE until certification (2009)

- Best paper award in CARBO-SOLUTIONS sugar technical conference in Thailand (August-2018)
