Phone representative in the call center (Consumer Assistance Program) Addressed and answered the consumer’s questions pertaining to the vehicle retirement and repair assistance program. Instructed callers in completing our online application and the format for mailing in applications. Addressed consumers about policy and procedures of the bureau and the legislative state policies, laws, and regulations pertaining to vehicle retirement and smog related issues. Public interaction, mail handling, computer processing of applications in high volume and work in a team environment to get time restraints task completed.
