Increased productivity in primary production line from 5 to 11.5 units/worker and secondary operations by 75 to 125%.

Reduced floor waste by 30%, negotiated favorable raw material and delivery prices, and improved cash flow by reducing on-hand inventories through leadership of total Production Team efforts.

Successfully led a Predictive/Preventative Maintenance Program that resulted in four (4) years of zero days lost production due to mechanical breakdowns.
