Preparing weekly report and submit to the immediate boss. Worked as Housing coordinator. ( Camp Boss) In Abdulla Abdul Ghani and Bros Co. (TOYOTA) W.L.L. Doha Qatar. Since 27/09/2015 to till now. The main purpose of this job is to control and coordinate all employee accommodation related activities within the compound premises acting as a facilitator between services providers and maintenance providers, overseeing accommodation residents and employees related issues and monitoring accommodation facilities utilization.
Also responsible to plan employee's distribution and to follow up on related performance, overseeing employee's well-being ensuring abidance by set safety, health and hygiene regulations and to control supervise the employee dispatch process.
Administrates and controls the employee accommodation. Performs regular tours and the spot check on employee's dormitories and other related facilities and follows up on the remedial action in case of any finding.
Reviews daily employee accommodation reports in relevance to data sent by the accommodation dispatchers and ensures that all required services are carried out. Reviews the accommodation Foreman inspection reports for rooms' cleanliness and maintenance needs and amends preventive checking schedule accordingly. Coordinates employee's distribution planning
Coordinates with the concerned project managers on the number of required employees updates staff members for proper planning and distribution; investigates shortages and discrepancies. Follows up on complaints raised and resolves them. Coordinates with the HR & HSE teams ensuring that proper measures are being taken. Investigates on problems of employee's in accommodation; gives recommendations and support to HR team members to follow up and resolve.
Updates work instructions for the employee's entailing safety, health and hygiene; ensures accurate implementation by the Employee Affairs staff members. Maintains records for the use of catering & laundry services and the expenditure of materials in the accommodation and issue daily weekly and monthly status reports for management and finance department requirements.
Responsible for exercising due diligence towards the environment, health & safety of self & others in the organization.
Responsible for complying with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, laws, regulations from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies and those applicable to his her job requirements.
Responsible for reporting to his her superiors' occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect the environment, health, safety and company reputation. Performs other tasks and activities as requested.
