• Responsible for all human resource management activities to include Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Operations, Compensation & Compliance.

• Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (includes recruitment and selection, policy implementation, grievance handling, counseling, pay & conditions. contracts, training & development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisals and management issues. Talent Search and Talent Acquisition:

• End to end recruitment and selection of employees.

• Interview job applicants, review application/resumes, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualification and experience.

• Visiting colleges for campus recruitment, interaction with placement consultants for recruitment process & writing ads and posting open positions through job portals and social media networking sites
