DOMAIN EXPERIENCE

•Operate on the various mud system, including, Versa drill system (OBM) & relaxed system, Fazepro, Flopro, Dipro & Versacore Systems, Ultra Drill System, K2CO3 / GLYCOL Mud system and Silicate potassium system

•Maintain cross functional coordination with multidisciplinary professionals to monitor progress during drilling and completion operation

•Conduct drilling programs in accordance with industry recognized technical criteria and applicable drilling regulations, to achieve the goals in a safe and cost effective manner

•Create various combinations of mud for exhausting during the different stages of the drilling process and support digging technicians in the overall safety of the drilling process

•Observe the properties of the systems and obtain approvals for treatments to maintain system properties within the specifications outlined in the company's programme

•Handle and prepare drilling fluids and brine systems as well as regularly implement pilot tests to determine appropriate treatments in the mud system

•Deliver a display of materials used and cost during the project and maintain, record consumption cost and inventory on a daily basis

•Responsible for preparing the final interval report & detailed mud recap for each well completed project including detailed technical & financial analysis, Cost Tracking, problems encountered and solution, per day, per section

•Supervise and train site personnel for the usage of mud chemicals mixing and involving potential hazards etc. Gather materials to maintain adequate stocks on location as and when required

•Maintain records of fluid for understanding discrepancies in additions and losses and account as well as track performance of solids control equipment and ensure a complete material balance during the project

•Review all necessary equipment availability and fully responsible to verify the material inventory on rig site during operations

•Interact with site personnel to obtain optimum performance of SC equipment’s and coordinate for overseeing the rig situation in field with representatives and Service Supervisors

•Implement strict clean up procedures of surface systems prior to displacing to completion fluids. Liable for Installation and operation of Mud logging unit system, installing various sensors etc.

•2 Deviated Geothermal wells in (Luttelgeest, Netherland) MD = 2200m, used Pure-Bore Glycol mud system & DIF

•Deviated Gas well in (Marboz, France, client Gas de France) MD = 2100m, used Silicate potassium mud

•2 Deviated Geothermal wells in (Paris, France, Client SMIREC) MD = 2200m, used K2CO3 / GLYCOL mud

•2 Deviated Oil well in (Loiret, France, client VERMILON) MD = 2400m, used KCL / GLYCOL mud

•HTHP wells = 190 oC & 4000 – 5000 psi at (Bechar, Tindouf, Regane, Akabli, Oulef, Adrar,) regions TVD = 4300m, we used HTHP KCL Polymer and Ultra-drill mud system.

•HTHP wells = 196 oC & 3000 – 4000 psi at (Hassi Berkin, El Bagel) regions TVD = 5550m, worked with OBM mud system.

•HORISON B formation (LD2) at (Rod el Noss & Hassi Messaoud, HGA), drilled with heavy OBM mud (d=2.10sg)

•Gas Influx (Gassi touil, In salah, Hassi Berkine). Used well control procedure

•H2S influx (in Salah). Used well control procedure

•Ballooning & breathing effects at (in-Salah and Adrar). While drilling a Deviated Horizontally Shale Gas Project

•Used and pumped I-Boss & tandem pills to control partial losses & for deviated wells in many regions

•Total down hole losses (pumped Forma Set & Forma Plug) to control the down hole losses at (Rod el Chegga)

•Hi pressure reservoir 8000 psi (Rod el Chegga, d=2.3 sg at 12’’ section) drilled with OBM mud system

•Very sensitive reservoir (In Aminas) drilling with un-weighted mud with both OBM & Ultra drill systems

•Cavings problems in (Timmimoun), we controlled the well with heavy Polymer KCL weight d=2.05 s.g

•Stuck pipe experience at Meany regions (perform mechanical back-off and drilling with sidetracks)

•Flash set while cementing casing (restoration of well with Sidetrack)
