Next Gen is a Enterprise Pega Applications for Appeals, and Grievances which enables users (members, providers and their representatiaves) to report an Appeal or Grievance. On Reporting the claim or auth appeals, decisioning on the same is provisioned in the same application where analysts, nurses or MD can take appropriate actions. The application is developed for various LOB’s like GBD Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and FEP (Federal Employee Program)
Responsibilities:
Working on multiple projects associated with NextGen Enterprise Application (Medicaid Migration to 7.2, 600 Payment Disputes, Mega Regs, Project Retina)
