APRIL’2014-Continue:Presently I am working as Technician (C&I) in operation and maintenance(O&M) in Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited at Jaypee Nigrie Super Thermal Power Plant, a unit of 2X660 MW Super Critical coal based thermal power plant.

Area of Work: Boiler, Turbine and it’s auxiliary.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT JAYPEE NIGRIE THERMAL POWER PLANT

Routine Checking of UPS system Status.

I have done cable loop check and cable termination.

Have good knowledge about SWAS maintenance.

Have good knowledge about Battery maintenance.

Troubleshooting during Plant start up (boiler start up & Plant shutdown).

calibration of coal feeder, trouble shooting for all type of instruments such as transmitters, switches &vibration

sensor etc.

FIELD INSTRUMENTS

Knowledge about, sensors, transducers, drives related to pressure, flow, Temperature (RTD, THERMOCOUPLE), Level Transmitter (DP type), Flow Meters., Oxygen Analyzer, Pressure Switches,, Flow Switches, Limit switches, Solenoid Valves, Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges & its Calibrations.

VALVES AND ACTUATORS :

Control Valves with Positioner Setting (Pneumatic, Solenoid Valves-Make- SIEMENS Sipart-Ps2, ABB), Motorizes Valves with Torque & Limit Setting ( Make: Auma)

ITI (Instrument mechanic) from MGRITI Rewa in the year 2013 with 79.28%.

Passed Higher Secondary Examination (pcm) from M.P. Board in the year

2010 with 65.2%

Passed High School Examination from M.P. Board in the year 2008 with 80.6%.

Diploma in electrical and electronics engineering from RGPV university in the year 2018 with 75.80%.
