Summary I'm a meticulous and professional Quality Assurance Specialist and Mechanical Quality Inspector. I have 17+ years of hands-on experience inspecting manufactured parts from ISO9000/ISO9001/AS9100 Certified manufacturing facilities. I also have Great knowledge of GD&T and the setup and Operation of Multiple makes of VMC/CNC Machines. I’ve programmed conversational and thumb drive loaded Machines, also Familiar with 4th & 5th axis Trunnion Table’s/Vises. I’m detail-oriented with great communication and computer skills. Highly skilled with calipers, micrometers, height- gages, optical comparator's, roamer arm and other precision inspection instruments. I'm familiar with different styles of CMM machines (ex: Brown & Sharp, Sheffield, Microview, and Mitutoyo). I've done some CMM programing on the Microview, and Sheffield models. I operated and improved DISCUS Software and how it was used for Creating, and Completing Final FAI Reports. I have attended weekly meetings to discuss quality procedures, process improvements, PPAP’s and non conformity’s; with various site managers at multiple facilities.
