·Owned and managed a full service restaurant for 16 years. Responsible for hiring and training all staff. Managed accounts, payroll, and labor, food/beverage costs. Finding and selecting vendors that would meet our needs and standards. Marketing and advertising. I feel I have great communication skills, dedication and easily multi task.

SALES

·My work has always had an emphasis on customer service and sales. Meeting the customer needs all the while increasing sales. Knowing the products being offered whether it be a property, and the market in real estate. In hospitality knowing the product from wine and food to cocktails is essential.

COMMUNICATION

· Listening to the clients need is vital. I possess listening skills as well as effectively communicate what is available to meet those needs. I feel I’m trustworthy and have integrity which in turn brings a level of comfort to those I work with and for. I easily relate to people from all social and ethnic backgrounds.

Supplied food and beverage service for Lamplight Equestrian Center located in Wayne Il. Developed menu, hired and trained staff, managed all accounting and payroll.

ST CHARLES COUNTRY CLUB MAY 2008-2016

Part time food server/bartender. Also assisted in staff development, training. Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment anticipating the members/guests needs.
