2003 - Designed first self sufficient Soyfoods prototype production facility incorporating Living Machines, Solar, Wind, and Bio gas (Methane) energy systems.- Worked with Dharma Living systems now Living Systems Inc.

1998 - Good Karma Foods Inc. Partner and R&D Director. Assisted in market strategies and trend analysis. Developed Organic Soy Dream, and first Organic Rice Ice Cream, Good Karma Organic Rice Divine. Co-developed Whole Grain Organic Good Karma Rice Milk. Celestial Seasonings Tea Dreams.

1994 - Co-owner SunFeather herbal soap company (Largest hand crafted herbal soap company in North America) Developed first Children’s moldable soap Washy Squashy.

1993 - President/Founder Savin Grace, Inc. Organic Hemp and Cotton naturally dyed clothing company.

1993 - Developed first Hemp Cheese (Hemp Rella) and first Vegan Cheese(Vegan Rella)

1992 - President/Founder Ecotrition Foods. Developed the Eco Burger and first IQF Vegan Center plate offering for Food Service. Authorized Sysco Vegan Center Plate.

1990 - President/Founder Believe Inc. Developed first Organic Soy/Rice Ice Cream, Believe.

1979 - President/Founder Light Foods Inc Tofu Company, St Louis. MO. Developed first Tofu Hot Dog in North America (Light Links 1982) First Tofu Bologna and Tofu Sausage. Pie in the Sky- Vegan Pot Pies.

1978 - Solar Energy Institute. Worked with president Luana Moore and Ron Bonfilio.
