Enlisted to lead full-service HR function and change management initiatives in a highly turbulent business climate that was fraught with morale issues following a massive reorganization. Reported directly to the PharmaBIO operating leader and managed 4 direct reports. Developed change strategies targeted to turnaround poor morale, mistrust, and high turnover.

Provide HR strategic direction and execution to the Innovation and Design Division (IDD) of a global company based in Paris, with 11 business entities across the Americas, including R&D and ATLATUS, the advanced technology business. Oversee a team of 5 and report directly to the ATLATUS CEO with matrix reporting to the SVP of HR for the Americas and the HR VP for IDD in Paris. Direct all areas of HR including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Training, Leadership, DEI initiatives, as well as core HR functions (Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Employee Relations, Communications, Governance, and Compliance). Started at the height of Covid with a mostly remote workforce.
Steered a 2-year transformation of the global HR delivery model to a centralized HRBP-centric model, achieving best practices. As a member of the HR Leadership team, served as contributor and advocate for the design and roll-out.
Drove major improvement in employee trust and engagement that achieved the defeat of a a union petition received in first 30 days. Led and managed the internal campaign in partnership with external Legal counsel.
