Tennessee Technology Center, from 1983 to 1985: Machine Shop Technology. I learned how to use general machine shop equipment such as lathes, mills, surface grinders and other machine shop equipment. I had an in-depth study in blue print reading and fabricating parts from machine shop equipment from drawings and blue prints.
Volunteer State College, from 2008 to 2011, obtained 54 semester hours toward Associate of Science Degree
Work Experience: I have over 30 years in experience in all phases of welding such as arc, inner shield, mig, tig and welding. I have worked in sheet metal shops, ship yards, factories, and other industries as a welder fabricator fabricating from blue prints and shop drawings as a welder. I have my welder certification papers for the G6 position for pipe welder and able to recertify again at employers request.

Technical Construction Wilhagen Rd. Nashville Tn.: 2/1/87 to 5/1/88, as certified Pipe Welder and Fitter. My duties were welding and fitting gas, steam, and condensate pipe.
Wasco Construction: 3rd Ave N. Nashville Tn: 4/1/85 to 2/1/87, as Iron Worker Welder, My duties were welding and fabricating 6” square tubing frames for hanging marble siding on Third National Tower down town Nashville.
Spurlock and Carter Ornamental Iron Company: Stepp Ave. N. Nashville, Tn. 1/1/83 4/1/85: My duties there were Mig, and Arc welding and fabricating ornamental iron. I built and fabricated Security Doors, Railing, Stairs, I cut metal from drawings and blue prints to fabricate components.
Self Employed Welding and Fabricating Ornamental Iron and Welding Repair: Lebanon, Tn. 6/1/79 to 1/1/83: I had my own welder generator and cutting torch rig, I mostly built ornamental iron railing and installed it myself, I also went out on construction sites or where ever needed me to repair equipment.
Sattler Sheet Metal Company: McNally Dr. Nashville, Tn. 5/1/77 to 6/1/79: My duties there were welding and fabricating from blue prints and shop drawings. I did various types of welding such as arc, mig, and tig welding on components. I also worked from jigs, tables, and onsite need.

Nashville Bridge Company: Nashville Tn. 11/1/75 to 6/1/76: My duties there were working as an iron worker welder welding on ships and barges. All welds were x-rayed and assisting fitter.
