GENERAL RELEASE

TO ALL WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME OR MAY CONCERN, KNOW

THAT AS RELEASOR,

For and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Thousand dollars and no cents ($20,000.00), Reginald Trice, individually (“Releasor”) hereby releases and forever discharges Muntasir Kemp & Latonya Kemp (collectively referred to as “RELEASEES”) and any of their past, present, and future officers, directors, stockholders, attorneys, agents, servants, representatives, insurers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, partners, executors, administrators, predecessors and successors in interests and assigns and all other persons, firms, associations, or corporations, including but not limited to insurers who are or may ever become liable to the undersigned from any and all past, present or future claims, demands, obligations, actions, causes of actions, product liability claims, worker’s compensation claims, indemnification claims, subrogation claims, personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, pain and suffering claims, spoliation of evidence claims, common law or statutory bad faith claims, rights, damages

(including punitive damages), Medicare claims, Medicaid claims, Social Security claims, or any other disability claims, costs, losses of services, expenses and compensation of any nature whatsoever, whether based on a tort, equity, contract or other theory of recovery, and causes of action of every kind, known or unknown (including any claims for bodily injury, property damage, and/or medical expense payments) under Homeowners of America Insurance Company policy number 11-003503-02 and any other insurance policy, arising out of or in any way connected with the incident that occurred on or about April 11, 2023, when releasor sustained bodily injuries. Further, RELEASOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Muntasir Kemp & Latonya Kemp against any liens, claims or actions arising from any liens or claims, known or unknown, asserted against the settlement proceeds, including but not limited to all property damage liens or medical liens.

Further, RELEASOR agrees that pursuant to this General Release, RELEASOR releases and discharges RELEASEES from any claims for attorney’s fees, costs and expenses, which shall be solely the responsibility of RELEASOR.

The words “RELEASOR” and “RELEASEES” include all releasors and all releasees under this Release.

This GENERAL RELEASE may not be changed orally and is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
