I am the RGM over one of the corporate Kentucky Fried Chicken locations. I hire, train, and coach all employees for all positions as well as shift managers and Ast GMs for both my location and other locations. I stay informed on all P&L reports, labor percentage reports, food costs and of course financial reports and report them to my area coach daily and/or weekly depending on the report. I do all truck orders and ensure that the food is rotated correctly to ensure fresh food always. I do all scheduling of employees for both training and for when they are fully trained and able to run shifts on their own 2 weeks in advance. As a RGm we are required to have weekly and monthly meetings at which point we will be questioned on everything from what percentage we are up/down on labor and food and maintenance as well, we must know how our store is running at all times. I have been with this company a little over 2 years and we have a ROCC inspection quarterly and I am proud to say I have never failed one at all. I love interacting with my guests and making sure they are served hot, fresh, and safe to eat food in a timely manner and giving amazing customer service always. I love training all the new employees who are just starting their journey with KFC and try my best to make sure their completely comfortable with all areas before signing off on their paperwork.
