I collected and deposit all lot rents, any and all additional fees and charges on the day rent was due on or before. I issued late rent notices when needed or notices to comply with the rental agreements, pet agreements and or rules and regulations violations . I monitored the homes in the community to make sure they were in compliance with the communities home standards.
