Regional Manager of Sales, SunCrest Solar, Ontario, CA — 2013 - 2015 This was a brand new start up company with one sales rep when I was brought in. It was my responsibility to build, train, motivate, and produce solar experts. I had no solar experience at the time I was hired. I helped the company grow into three markets in the first eighteen months; with roughly twenty reps in each market. Thousands of homes were setup through my downline, with a residual revenue stream worth over $85 million.
