• Started out online assembly, moved up to an epm operator then to a mig welder etc.. Started with a temp agency and was hired in before my temp time was finished. They eventually just paid off whatever was owed in my contract and hired me early which was not expected but made me feel very good about the company.
• I worked at Crofts Car Center right out of the Trade school that I attended and graduated from. I worked at both jobs for a little over a year. (Crofts Car Center Hydro Aluminum) One I worked first shift (Crofts) and the other I worked Graveyard (Hydro).
* I was able to learn a lot about mig welding while at Hydro also was close to getting a chance to take my tig welding test but ended up moving to Florida so if there was a chance to do the test it would definitely be something I would pursue. Started as a line employee and within 2 months I was moved to grinder... Which was a raise Within a month I was a rpm operator... I had to feed the robots and assemble the parts for the welder Another raise Then a month after that I was the sub assembly welder that fixed all the robot welds as well have 27 welds at one inch on the front... But and 40 underneath at one inch Also started using the tig method... Didn’t take the test to certify but was close to doing it... Also have stick, braised, and arc welded Mig was my specialty nobody could keep my pace for a shift and with super high quality Loved what I did but moved out of state
