Technology description
Designed a system to measure industrial machine vibrations using ESP32 and MPU6050. Utilized an 1D CNN model for diagnosing the condition of rotating machines. Position in project: Lead developer and test rig designer Responsibilities: Programmed the ESP and MPU6050 to measure acceleration, developed the 1D CNN model, and tested the system for accurate vibration diagnosis. Finally, used deep learning model to diagnose machine condition and store results in database using SQL Server and Python programming.
