Concurrently and successfully completed various projects, ranging from small to large scale. Maintained precise billing and budgetary procedures for each project.
Managed internal and external project planning meetings; prepared discussion-point documents, communicated and identified potential risks to deadlines, cataloged discussions and minutes of each meeting, and delegated tasks to internal members.
